Ormond, a senior, mentioned the summit was one particular of the best encounters of her existence.

Bringing classes home: The Spring Grove college students are bringing people lessons back household and implementing them to their groups. For case in point, after Spring Grove gained the PIAA Class 3-A condition championship in volleyball past season, the group misplaced seven seniors to graduation. To attend the summit, the Spring Grove learners obtained tips from Athletic Director Jeffrey Laux.

Leggett, who serves as president of Spring Grove’s pupil council, claimed just after the experience he and other PIAA college students are hoping to carry a scaled-down model of the summit to Pennsylvania.
“We talked about setting up a PIAA convention crew with all of the young ones that arrived from Penn. Get it to the point out board. Make the summit a yearly detail. Try to carry a person to Penn. Our crew that we can go down each individual yr to the young young ones. Young children that can get what they master and implement it to other youngsters,” he claimed.
