Ingredients:

1 cup plain 2% or full-fat Greek yogurt, 1-2 tbsp. peanut butter, 10 drops of liquid vanilla stevia, banana slices, blueberries and any other fruits of your choice and ⅛ cup of granola. 

Directions:

Start by adding peanut butter, yogurt and stevia in a mixing bowl. Whisk these ingredients together until the mixture starts looking fluffy. Transfer it into a serving bowl and top of fruits and granola. Your meal is ready!

2. Yogurt Parfait

This next yogurt recipe is perfect for healthy snacking in between meals. It’s a great replacement for those late night ice-cream cravings. 

Ingredients:

1 cup sliced strawberries, ½ cup frozen blueberries, 2 tsp. sugar or any other sugar substitute of your choice, 4-5 mint leaves, 8 oz low-fat plain Greek yogurt and ¼ cup granola. 

Directions:

Mix the fruits with sugar and mint in a bowl and set aside for a few minutes. Add some yogurt in a glass and top it off with the fruits and granola. You can add some extra toppings if you like and your parfait is ready!

3. Vegan Yogurt Waffles

To make this delicious and healthy breakfast recipe, you will need a waffle maker. So make sure you have one before trying it out. 

Ingredients:

1 ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar, ½ cup dairy-free yogurt, ¼ cup coconut or olive oil, 2 tbsp. maple syrup, ½ cup gluten-free oats, 1 ¾ gluten-free flour blend, ¼ tsp. salt, 1 1.2 tsp. baking powder, 2 tbsp. coconut sugar and  your favourite fruits for toppings. 

Directions:

Start by mixing almond milk and vinegar in a bowl and set aside for a few minutes. Next, add yogurt, coconut/olive oil and maple syrup and whisk together until all the ingredients are combined. Add all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk thoroughly. Now mix the wet and the dry ingredients until the mixture is smooth. Set aside for a few minutes and preheat your waffle iron. 

Once the waffle iron is ready, coat with a non-stick spray. Pour the batter and cook the waffles as per the manufacturer instructions. Once your waffle is ready, add your toppings and enjoy!

4. French Yogurt Wraps

This yogurt recipe combines the goodness of fruits and all things healthy with that of a yummy french toast. Go on and try it out! 

Ingredients: 

¾ cup vanilla yogurt, ⅔ cup sliced banana, 1 large egg, ¼ cup milk of your choice, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, ½ tsp. ground nutmeg, 2 whole wheat tortillas, 2 tsp. butter, ⅔ cup sliced strawberries, ⅔ cup blueberries and ¼ cup granola. 

Directions:

Take a small bowl and combine yogurt and banana. In a separate bowl, whisk egg, milk, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Next, dip both the sides of the tortilla in the egg mixture while you heat some butter on a skillet. At medium-high flame, cook the tortilla until it’s golden brown on both the sides.  

Now take your yogurt mixture and spread over the tortilla, add the berries and granola and wrap it up. Your quick meal is ready.

5. Yogurt Salad

Last but not least, we have a healthy salad recipe for you. Using yogurt in a salad is a great way of making a boring meal so much yummier. 

Ingredients:

2 pounds red potatoes, 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 small chopped onion, 1 celery rib, ½ cup low-fat mayonnaise, ½ cup low-fat plain yogurt, 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce, ½ tsp. salt, ¼ tsp. celery seeds, ¼ tsp. dried basil. ¼ tsp. dried oregano, a dash of garlic powder and ground mustard. 

Directions:

Start by boiling the potatoes until they are tender. Drain them and set them aside for cooling. Once cool, in a large bowl place the potatoes, onion and eggs. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour this mixture over the potatoes, toss them together until everything is evenly coated. Refrigerate your salad and enjoy!
