Oprah never eats after dark

Oprah’s trend setting rule of thumb for weight loss is DO NOT eat after 7 at night, or at least 3 hours before going to bed. If you drink, it can only be water. I started doing this myself and the results are well worth while. I lost about 2 pounds in 2 weeks by just not eating after 7. At first it’s a little hard, especially if you’re like me and like to snack while watching CSI Miami, but it gets easier…as any routine does.
