Rihanna has said that her fitness regimen revolved around a great deal of cardio and weight training two or three times a week. “I work with a trainer,” she explained. “We work on the arms. I don’t want manly, muscular arms. We work out my butt because I love my butt. [But] my legs are my main focus. I’m obsessed.”
In order to maintain her trim, taut, and terrific figure she’s watching everything she eats (as opposed to putting it in her mouth with her eyes closed, no doubt), and consuming carrots, loving lettuce, cucumbers and egg whites, and making her snacks fruit-based ones, and drinking plenty of water.
But she’s staying well away from pasta and the like: “I like carbs,” she said, “but at the end of the day, carbs are the enemy.”
