Not good. If she didn’t have everyone rolling her pregnant self out of bed shaving her legs, doing her makeup, dressing her etc. (basically live the lives of “real” pregnant women, especially w/ twins) she’d NEVER survive.
Good thing for nannies!!!

Everybody knows Jen is addicted to her heels. She can’t go two days without wearing them, pregnant or not. She’s even said so.
