7 Day Belly Blast Diet
Aug 2nd
OK so here’s the skinny on the
7 Day Belly Blast Diet…
I went looking for something that would target that problem belly fat specifically, without being gimmicky, expensive, or require too much work. I started looking into different programs, including the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet.
Honestly, one of my main requirements is that it must be easy – because I’m on the lazy side, I don’t want to do 100 crunches every day, and I want to be able to eat more than steamed fish and vegetables.
Me and steamed fish just ain’t gonna happen anytime soon. Never, actually.
Are you with me?
I wanted to look better naked – and I wanted it to be fast and easy -
so I decided to try the 7 Day Belly Blast diet.
7 Day Belly Blast is unique in this mess of ‘belly fat melting magic’ hype you see all over the internet.
This is what I like about it:
- You keep things interesting by changing the number of calories you’re allowed to have, which confused your body and makes it easier to lose fat.
- I love chocolate and with the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet, I don’t even have to think about giving it up.
- I learned so much about how my body works, so I can make better decisions about the foods I eat for the rest of my life.
- The information about ‘obesity additives’ in the foods we eat was kind of shocking, and avoiding these unhealthy additives became super easy because I decided I no longer wanted to poison my body like this.
- 37 yummy foods that actually help you lose fat… need I say more?
All in all, I found this to be life-changing information. I feel like I took a great class that will forever help me to make better choices with my diet, not just for vanity, but for better health.
It isn’t difficult to follow the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet – you’ll actually want to, if you care about keeping your good health.
And if you try it, you really will lose that belly fat quickly.

Emma Roberts Gets Iced Coffee For Two
Aug 2nd
Julia Roberts‘ neice Emma Roberts out recently in LA. I like her, she’s got a great smile like her aunt (ok maybe not AS great), and when I saw her in Hotel For Dogs I thought she was pretty adorable. Last I heard, Julia doesn’t really speak to her brother Eric Roberts, Emma’s dad. Wonder what that rift is about?
