Weight: 118 lbs.
Kate Beckinsale’s Body Mass Index (BMI) is pretty low at 17.9. Anything under 18.5 is considered way too low, even dangerously low. Still, Kate’s BMI is nowhere near really skinny celebrities like Nicky Hilton at 14.4 and Keira Knightley with 16.4. Now that is low!

5 Factor Diet fan Katherine Heigl out and about recently. She looks good except for that jacket, don’t you think? The 5 Factor Diet is still super popular; with its 5 meals per day and 1 cheat day per week it sounds like something I could actually stick too.
