Nicole’s new pregnancy diet

Nicole Richie is finally eating, she says! This is good for her and baby…and even though shes eating for two, she says she going to do her best to eat junk food in moderation to keep her post-preg weight normal. She also says that she never lets herself get hungry. This way she wont end up binging on the high calorie carbs and junk food she loves so much.
Keeping yourself nourished and hydrated throughout the day will keep baby happy, and mom to be will be less likely to binge. I’m happy to hear that Nicole’s one meal a day diet she was on previous to her pregnancy is a thing of the past.
Hopefully she can keep her new eating habits, as the never let yourself get hungry diet trick is a good way to feel satisfied 24/7 and keep your weight under control by never letting yourself get hungry which always ends up in overeating. When you always have calories to burn, your body won’t try to “hold” on to the fat. That’s why its a good idea for everyone, and not just pregnant women.
