Kim Kardashian “handy” weight loss tip

Kim Kardashian is quite confident about showing off her body. I don’t even know what this girl does all day other than look cute and smile for the camera’s, so of course she wants to look her best.  She says she usually eats whatever she wants but doesn’t eat more than handful of anything. Eating mindlessly out of a bag or a box can seriously compromise your ability to control your portions, so she only takes a handful and puts it away. If she eats a baked potatoe or a steak, it’s never bigger than the size of her fist. This is actually a smart technique as portion control is the way to win the dieting game and maintain a slim waistline.
