Although it’s been years since Kate Hudson had her son Ryder, I recently came across some of her baby pounds shedding secrets that I wanted to share! To get rid of her baby weight Kate ate 1500 calories per day (like Denise Richards) and walked on the treadmill for 2 hours every day. She then started to integrate another one or two hours of intense strength training.  Within 4 months she had her pre-pregnancy weight back!  Incredible…however, your body has just gone through an incredible amount of physical stress to produce a miracle known as a baby. Unless someone is paying you millions of dollars to star in a major motion picture, take the time needed to recover from the delivery and bond with your baby first. The baby weight can wait.
