OK magazine is reporting that Jennifer Aniston has lost 7 pounds in 7 days! Her current diet is based on the Zone Diet - Jen eats salmon, steak, and fresh fruit regularly. She says she cheats on her diet at least twice a week and loves margaritas, beer, martinis, and Mexican food. She won’t give those up!

Jennifer Aniston keeps that great body of hers with Hatha yoga, running, lifting weights, paddle surfing, and Budokon. Lookin’ good, Jen!

    Whenever stars mention their “cheat” days, I’m always a little suspicious. Jennifer Aniston probably “cheats” by drinking 2 sips of diet margarita and 3 bites of burrito.
