Ricki Lake is famous for yo yo dieting. She’s even went to extreme diets where she states she wasn’t eating and always exercising which would cause her to faint. Hmmm…too weak to eat, now that’s trendy. But now weighing in at 123 lbs, Ricki Lake lost over half her body weight from her heaviest of 250 lbs.
How did she do it?…1200 calorie-a-day intakes from pre packaged meals from Fresh Dining and walking 1 1/2 hours each day. That’s great but with Ricki Lake’s history of dieting, I think she’s set herself up to fail. Walking is great and if she can discipline herself to do it daily it will be easier for her to maintain her new weight. However relying on pre-packaged foods may give her troubles in the long run.
Unless Ricki plans to order from Fresh Dining forever, she will gain weight back mark my words. She obviously doesn’t have the will power or knowledge for that matter to follow a healthy diet plan without someone holding her hand the whole time…in this case Fresh Dining Ricki Lake’s yo-yo dieting lives on….that’s ok though, she makes a good fat person anyways.Besides, look what it’s done to her chest, she looks like the incredible hulk. Unless it’s just a bad photoshop job?
