Victoria Beckham shopping on Melrose in LA recently, she looks good. She’s dressed so elegantly; usually the celebs you see shopping in LA are wearing flip flops, t-shirts, and jeans. I go for the casual thing myself, but it’s nice to see someone really “get dressed” in LA just to go out shopping.

We love this photo of Victoria Beckham shopping at Target. She looks so much better in this photo than she does when she’s all glammed up. She looks great! I actually thought she went everywhere in one of those skimpy dresses with her boobs popping out.

Victoria Beckham hasn’t given up on her crazy diet tricks just yet! A source tells us she has been known to actually eat little bits of sponges throughout the day and before eating a meal to absorb broken down particles of food and fluids. Apparently it prevents your body from absorbing fat too. God forbid she gain a pound or two! I couldn’t imagine this to be very healthy for you, as the sponge would be absorbing vital nutrients your body requires as well.  But I guess if it means absorbing a few extra calories at the same time, these stars don’t give damn about what’s coming out the other end - just as long as it comes out!  How long does it take to pass a sponge anyways? Looking at this controversial photo it looks like Vic may have injected some lumpy sponges in her legs too….
