Hot 23 year old Scarlett Johansson has a thing for older men and, uh, cheese. Since this is a celebrity diets blog we’ll give you Scarlett’s opinion on body image and yep, you guessed it, cheese:

Johansson is a cheese fanatic, saying: “My greatest vice is cheese. Nothing else reigns over my life.” She has criticized the media and Hollywood for promoting an image that causes unhealthy diets and eating disorders among women, saying “that being ultra-thin is not sexy at all. Women shouldn’t be forced to conform to unrealistic and unhealthy body images that the media promote.”

Scarlett Johannson recently told tabloids that she is a die hard Burger King fan.   “I like Burger King cheeseburger meals, because I like the toy and I love the charbroiled taste”, she says.  Her secret to burning off the calories: she walks there and back! She admits Walking has been her secret weapon to keeping her body looking fabulous.

Scarlett Johansson burns fat the “smart” way

Scarlett’s a beauty, and she knows it. In fact she pretty much brags about it all the time. She claims she doesn’t diet, nor exercise and basically eats what she wants. Come on, everyone’s gotta burn those calories somehow!

However, there are many rumors and myths about how ‘n when the body does and begins to burn fat. The fact is that the body actually burns fat constantly, in a mixture of fat and carbohydrates. This comes from simply living. Things as breathing, thinking and digestion are all big calorie spenders. Wow, so thinking = burning calories??? I guess brains does equal beauty! And Scar’s got both so it only makes sense…
