The geniuses over at Maxim magazine have named Sarah Jessica Parker #1 Unsexiest Woman Alive.

They had this to say about her:

It’s unbelievable how the media are so cruel to women. Just so you know, I don’t write this blog to attack women. With Star Diet Secrets, the goal is to encourage positive body image. And when someone is way too skinny, I say “Please eat!”

Female celebrities are constantly criticized for their weight, looks, hairstyles, etc. I’m going to find some photos of celebrity men in swim trunks for you to check out. You’d be amazed at how many of them are completely out of shape and not at all fun to look at. Yet you never hear about a man looking a little too fat lately. I’ve never heard of a Top 5 Unsexiest Men Alive list. Have you? What do you think?

Sarah Jessica Parker is always on the go. Instead of taking cabs though, she walks!  And to prevent herself from induldging in those hot dog stands along the way, she says she never leaves the house on an empty stomach. She will eat something like an apple half an hour before she goes out. This way she’s not focused on finding a quick fix to curb her appetite, instead she already feels satisfied from the snack she had before she left home. It takes about a half an hour for your brain to register that your body is full, which is why she chooses to eat a half an hour before she leaves home.
