Madonna, I’m scared of you.

This photo shows a really muscular 50 year old (almost) Madonna walking from her house to her gym. Her gym is next door – her personal gym, of course, not some 24 hour fitness. I see a lot of these “Madonna walking to the gym” photos but I had to share this one in particular. Look how strong she is! Do you think it looks good, or is it too much? Is it unfair to judge women for being too muscular? Does it make her less attractive? Too manly? Lots of questions. What do you think?

Madonna Album Cover “Hard Candy” is so 90′s

madonna album cover hard candy

Check out Madonna’s new album cover photo for “Hard Candy”…it looks like she’s really trying to have some of that shock factor that used to be her M.O., but it just seems a bit tame. It ain’t 1991! We’ve seen Britney without underwear! You’ve got to try harder if you want to shock us, lady.

Is Maddy too Manly?

madonna.jpg

Wow, for 48, Madonna is in good shape! She is pictured here leaving her gym after a workout…my advice..workout less! These arms are too manly looking…a little fat on these arms would do her body good.  Madonna has always looked like a man to me, but this is really hitting close to home!

Madonna shoots up…vitamins?

According to sources Madonna travels with phials of vitamins and injects herself. Health experts insist vitamin injections – which are also reportedly used by Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears – should only be administered after consulting a doctor.

Madonna’s a Nordic walker

madonna workout
Madonna’s pretty hot for pushing 50. In fact she’s now a vivid Nordic walker!

When we walk, many of us often tend to relax our upper body and let the legs do most of the workout. This is a great way to conserve energy when we are on a long walk. But conserving energy and saving muscle groups is the last thing we want when trying to lose weight. When we move our arms along with the walking motion, we burn up to 50 percent more calories and at the same time we use and train muscle groups in our upper body.

In order to remind our brain to move the arms when we walk, we can use trekking poles. These poles will constantly remind us and our brain that we should move our arms. This is called nordic walking! Nordic walking has become very popular over the last couple of years, and with good reason. Using trekking poles whenever you walk will help you burn more calories and work more muscle groups than regular walking does.
