The latest rumor is that Jessica Alba shuns diets and personal trainers in favor of a Nintendo Wii workout. The Wii offers an actual physical workout. For example, a boxing game is said to burn around 560 calories per hour. Nintendo Wii will be coming out with a new game called Wii Fit that will be like having an electronic personal trainer. Buy Wii!

Jessica Alba learned to cook when she was 12 yrs old because she didn’t want to eat the things her family was eating that were making them so overweight. Now, she’s her own chef and doesn’t let anyone else cook for her. She always knows what’s going in to her body, right down to the very last drop of oil or pinch of salt! She also rarely if ever eat’s out. Gotta love home cookin’!
