KayCee Stroh High School Musical is proud of being a “big” girl, but she recently went from a size 20 to 14. Stroh, who is also a plus size model for Torrid says, she just wants to be healthier and happier. Stroh followed a 6 day/week workout routine including 50 minutes of cardio and 100 crunches evert day except Sunday. She replaced ground beef with chicken and started to eat her veggies!!!!
