Hayden Panettiere tells US Magazine that she’s just now growing into her adult body, and that she worksout with her trainer for an hour – sometimes every day. Hayden Panettiere is a petite gal at just over five feet tall, and she looks to me like solid muscle. As for Hayden’s diet: she’s a vegetarian, and she also avoids carbs and sweets.
P.S. She may not be jailbait anymore but Milo Ventimiglia is still too old for her. I can’t even imagine dating a 30-year-old when I was 18! I’d be like, “Get away from me Gramps, go take some Geritol or something!”
Is Hayden Veging?

A Star Diet Secrets insider reveals that Hayden Panettiere may consider taking on a vegan diet. Quite a few stars turn to vegetarian diets as a way of losing weight. Trouble is, most of these stars don’t realise that giving up meat makes it much more difficult to eat a healthy diet. The point is, meat is a very convenient source of important vitamins and minerals, especially iron. So if you stop eating meat, you need to eat a wide range of vegetarian foods to compensate for this deficiency. Unfortunately, most vegetarian stars are not famous for doing this. Enough said.
Hayden Panettiere keeps Craig at Bay

Hayden loves apples and it shows! She eats an apple a day, not to keep the doctor away, but to keep Jenny Craig away. Yes, eating apple before meals may help to melt pounds away. Fiber-filled fruits help to satiate hunger, which probably results in lower calorie intake from the meal. In addition to apples and pears, other fruits that are good sources of fiber include strawberries, raspberries, and peaches. Fiber takes longer for your body to digest compared to other energy forms. Women should try to get at least 25 grams of fiber per day in their diet.
