It has been rumored that Paris Hilton’s svelte figure may be the result of an eating disorder rather then any exercise regime. Some of Hilton’s friends believe the heiress may be suffering from bulimia.

Speaking to the Australian magazine NW, a close friend to the heiress said: “We think she’s had a longstanding battle with the disease and she’s been able to keep it pretty well hidden for years. But she’s stepped it up recently. All the typical symptoms are there - dramatically fluctuating weight, frequent trips to the toilet after meals and a love/hate relationship with food.”

Looks like Kate’s party days continue to take toll on her so called super-model body. Again just goes to show you what a little airbrushing can do…
