Kim Kardashian is quite confident about showing off her body. I don’t even know what this girl does all day other than look cute and smile for the camera’s, so of course she wants to look her best.  She says she usually eats whatever she wants but doesn’t eat more than handful of anything. Eating mindlessly out of a bag or a box can seriously compromise your ability to control your portions, so she only takes a handful and puts it away. If she eats a baked potatoe or a steak, it’s never bigger than the size of her fist. This is actually a smart technique as portion control is the way to win the dieting game and maintain a slim waistline.

Ok, well not literally..but she is eating more ice cream lately and doesn’t worry about gaining weight. In fact she’s expecting to LOSE weight with this new ice cream diet of hers.  Because Scientists suspect that calcium (the key ingredient in this ice cream diet) forces fat out of cells and into the bloodstream, where it’s more quickly oxidized, or burned off. If your body doesn’t get enough calcium, fat cells retain the fat and can grow steadily.  Hmm…maybe this ice cream diet is the newest Hollywood trend? After all Britney has been eating loads of it even since her VMA appearance…maybe she’s not crazy afterall!

Alicia Silverstone has stripped naked to promote vegetarianism. This strong PETA pusher swears by the PETA way saying its changed her spiritually, mentally, emotionally, blah blah blah…you get the picture – oh yeah and apparently she’s lost all her rolls too! 

I am Alicia Silverstone, and I am a vegetarian“, before claiming, “There’s nothing in the world that’s changed me as much as this. I feel so much better and have so much more energy. It’s amazing.”

Ashley Olson Gets a Filler

Ashley Olson (the one who’s not blowing chunks in the toilet) is all about the fibre. Fibre gives you a “more sustained feelings of fullness”. It takes up more room in your stomach so you feel full.  She points out that it fills her up instead of filling her out.  Thanks for stating the obvious. But I think this twin could use a little filling out.

Tori Spelling loses 30 pounds on the Nutrisystem diet! We reported earlier this summer that she was thrilled with this diet plan, however even she didn’t expect to hit the big 3-0 this soon! Congrats Tori, Nutrisystem rocks.  Ummm…..is that burnt corn she’s eating? I hope it didn’t come packaged like that.

Nicole needs to stop Drinking!

Nicole Richie is gaining weight finally! Great, but how she’s doing it might not be so great. Nicole’s drinking way too much diet soda. Not only does it cause bloating and has absolutely no nutritional value, but aspartame in diet sodas is bad for baby!

She’s much better off drinking normal non-diet sodas.  Aspartame is thought to cause obvious birth defects, and changes or damage to certain areas of the brain. The studies are not affirmative yet, but that would certainly be enough for me to back off anything diet for 9 months!
