Actress Jaime Pressly shed her post-baby weight thanks to a cabbage soup diet. The “My Name Is Earl” star gave birth to baby Dezi James in May this year, but quickly lost weight through the strict food regime. She went on the cabbage soup diet, which is a detox diet, and it is definitely all about high protein and low carbs. She started working out at the gym with her trainer 10 days after the birth — five days a week for two hours every day. But she still loves her Mcdonalds – about once a week. Yay, a normal burger eating celeb…long and far between!

Ewww….a really gross way of putting it…however, the scoop is Gwen is still breastfeeding her baby boy Kingston. When you’re nursing, your metabolism is like whoosh! She says she lost tons of her baby weight by breastfeeding her babe, and will continue to do so for as long as she can (not like she needs to lose anymore weight, but I’m sure Kingston would approve!). You lose approximately 300-400 extra calories per day by nursing, which is like an hour of walking on the treadmill! Hey, babe’s happy, mom’s happy…breastfeeding rocks!
