Celebrity diet and workout secrets from Gwen Stefani
Gwen Stefani opens up about the great difficulty she has staying stick-thin. Gwen confessed it was hard to be pregnant in the public eye especially on days she when she felt really fat and disgusting and not cute.
“I worked out with my trainer throughout my whole pregnancy until about two weeks before. I cried during my last session. I was like, ‘I can’t breathe, I can’t do this anymore. What am I doing?’ It was crazy,” Gwen confessed.
Gwen says weight loss is simple. To burn weight one must burn more calories than they take in. Not a smart idea during pregnancy or breastfeeding for that matter!

Seriously, how many kids does she HAVE in there? 10? 13? She doesn’t need to give birth in a hospital. She needs to birth these kids in a box under the stairs and wait for kindly neighbors to come and pick out which ones they like the best. She put on 70 pounds in the past 4 months. “All I did was eat three bagels every morning with butter, peanut butter and jelly all over them, a few boxes of Krispy Creme donuts for lunch and boom! I’m tipping the scale at 195!”, Mila claims. Wow that’s all? Compared to Britney, that’s a midnight snack. Anyhoo, best of luck to Mila and her litter.

Although it’s been years since Kate Hudson had her son Ryder, I recently came across some of her baby pounds shedding secrets that I wanted to share! To get rid of her baby weight Kate ate 1500 calories per day (like Denise Richards) and walked on the treadmill for 2 hours every day. She then started to integrate another one or two hours of intense strength training. Within 4 months she had her pre-pregnancy weight back! Incredible…however, your body has just gone through an incredible amount of physical stress to produce a miracle known as a baby. Unless someone is paying you millions of dollars to star in a major motion picture, take the time needed to recover from the delivery and bond with your baby first. The baby weight can wait.

Jenny McCarthy has never been a fan of working out, so how does she maintain her slim style after losing over 60 pounds post partum? She turned to Weight Watchers! It seems that their strict point counting system has worked wonders for her. She likes it because you can basically eat whatever you want as long as you don’t go over your ‘points’. The higher the calories and fat the more points, the higher the fiber the less points. She’s a big fan of watermelon and tuna so I don’t imagine she’s depriving herself as the foods she seems to love the most are less points. So basically if you can do simple adding, it’s fool proof!
