Singer Beyonce repeatedly goes on the Cayenne pepper water fast diet. Cayenne pepper increases the rate of metabolism and increases production of epinephrine and norepinephrine which together decrease appetite.  Yuck! Who wants to drink water with cayenne pepper in it just to feel like shit the whole time!?  You don’t even look good doing it because you’re so tired because you have absolutely no energy.  Your skin is pale, your eyes are yellow….and you smell like cayenne pepper! But hey at least you look skinny right? Yeah for a little while anyways……Beyonce goes on this pepperfest for a couple weeks, loses about 20 pounds, and then gains it right back after she starts eating normal foog again.  What’s the point? If you have this much discipline, don’t you have enough discipline to simply eat healthy, cut fatty foods and exercise?  Reality check!
