Anna took the opportunity to comment on rumors of her having an eating disorder. Over the past year, this former tennis player has gotten so skinny that she’s become practically unrecognizable! The tennis champion stated that she is naturally long, lean and lanky and that going into professional tennis was the factor that contributed to her previous appearance. She said spending 6 hours a day training for more than 15 years gave her a more rounded figure. She insisted that exercise is the factor that made her lose or gain weight over the years.  Kournikova is an athlete so she knows the importance of a healthy diet, so it never occurred to her to starve herself.

Note: For a 130lb person, tennis burns 140 calories per hour.

Gwen Stefani opens up about the great difficulty she has staying stick-thin. Gwen confessed it was hard to be pregnant in the public eye especially on days she when she felt really fat and disgusting and not cute.

“I worked out with my trainer throughout my whole pregnancy until about two weeks before. I cried during my last session. I was like, ‘I can’t breathe, I can’t do this anymore. What am I doing?’ It was crazy,” Gwen confessed.

Gwen says weight loss is simple. To burn weight one must burn more calories than they take in. Not a smart idea during pregnancy or breastfeeding for that matter!

We found an emaciated Kirsten Dunst wandering around Los Angeles. Looks like the Spiderman actress is well on her way to joining Keira Knightly in the “celebrity sticks” club!

Celebrity or not, women don’t look good this skinny. Please eat.

Linds has been well known for her sun kissed skin, however she desperately tries to keep her freckles and brown spots at bay with this at home remedy:

1 Ripe Tomato

1 tsp Lemon Juice

1 tbsp Rolled oats

Mash in to paste and apply where needed, focusing on damaged spots such as face and chest area. Leave on for 1/2 hour and wipe with warm washcloth.

Second time this week Brit takes advantage of McDonald’s 24 hour drive thru. Oh but this one doesn’t count I guess…because the paparazzi bought it for her.  She’s swapping twat pics for burgers now. Would you like fries with that?

In her interview, Heather talks about how she took up pilates and yoga a couple of years ago, after realizing that her stomach had become “mushy”.
