Let’s face it, she’s not famous for anything else, she doesn’t have any style, and she’s really not that good looking (I guess hot people don’t always have hot offspring). However she did lose a lot of weight recently, she used to be quite chubby actually, in fact she was a real Jay Leno look-a-like. Although no diet in the world will take away that chin, what on earth did she do to take away that fat? Well…”rumur” has it, she’s just been drinking a lot more water, replacing her favorite sodas. But not just plain old luke warm tap water. Gallons of ice water instead! Your body will use up 120 calories just to bring it up to body temperature. Vanessa Minnillo has a diet secret that will work for everyone! She says dinner used to be her biggest meal of the day, but when she shifted her calories earlier in the day the pounds started to melt away. Typically we eat our largest meal in the evening and in addition snack in front of television later. There are many advantages to shifting calories towards the morning and noontime. Eating earlier allows the body time to burn off those calories rather than turn them into fat while you sleep. Eat a good breakfast to kick-start your metabolic engine and begin burning calories early in the day. Make lunch your main meal, to give your body the nutrients it needs. It appears Amy Winehouse finally realizes how homely she looks, and is trying to do something about it! Amy has turned to fast food to put a little meat on her bones. She’s been eating at McDonalds every day of the week! Nonetheless, Amy’s ploy is working – she’s already gained 14 pounds! Honestly though, what did you really expect from her? This girl is a mess and needs major guidance. She can’t stay clean and sober so why in the hell would she care what she puts down her throat? I wish she’d get help already. I can’t stand seeing pictures of her anymore. Turns my stomach.

Britney Spears Butt Therapy

Britney Spears received Mesotherapy. It’s a new procedure that doesn’t involve surgery or even require an anesthetic. It’s supposed to enable you to target areas of ‘stubborn fat pockets’ and dissolve this fat via micro injections. It’s said to be effective in reducing cellulite and usually costs over $200 per visit. Some clinics claim you can lose up to three inches from around your waistline in only three visits. I’m seeking comments from anyone who’s tried mesotherapy treatments.
Here’s Britney Spears showing off her 26-year old ass — it actually looks like the butt of a 50-year old woman, and that’s kind of insulting 50-year old women everywhere. Granted, she’s had a couple of kids, but you would think all those injections she’s paying for would take care of all that ass fat.
Stars are not Immune to Cellulite

Not surprising that many of these stars have cellulite. It affects everyone and noone is really immune. Women who are not exercising and begin a program of exercise three times a week, together with a reduced-calorie diet can lose on average about 9 pounds of fat and gain two pounds of muscle in about eight weeks. Cellulite on thighs and hips will also show improvement. Cellulite is more likely to appear if you don’t have good muscle tone, so taking a brisk walk each day will do you wonders.
