
Liz Hurley is reported to be a big fan of watercress soup to help her stay in shape. She says, “I drink at least six cups a day when eager to lose a few pounds”. Of course that might be all she eats, which isn’t a healthy way to lose weight, but there’s proof that slurping soup can help shedding pounds.
Researchers from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore in the US, found that people who has soup as a starter, choose a lower fat main course. But we are not talking of soups made of cream! Go for carrot and coriander, minestrone, vegetable or Liz’s favourite, watercress.

Well Oprah did do this as she stated on her show, and started to take green tea. She didn’t say exactly how much she lost due to this green tea she’s been taking but she said it did in fact contribute greatly to her weight loss, which would explain why she loves green tea. Not only did it help her to lose weight, but it makes her feel great all day!

I recently saw a clip on underweight stars on the women’s network. They said that Mischa Barton is the unhealthiest star in Hollywood with an estimated BMI of 15. Apparently it’s unhealthy to be under 18.5. And going under 15 is just plain dangerous. With this comes early onset on osteoporosis, including bad teeth and gums, and even hair that’s falling out!
Well I don’t think that this is due to a specific “celebrity diet“. Unless there’s something called the “Party Diet”. All this girl seems to do is drink and party all the time. If shes not drinking booze its starbucks coffees. So no real “celebrity diet secret” here folks, just plain stupidity. Also on the list were Kelly Osbourne, Kate Bosworth and Catherine Zeta Jones.
Celebrity Diet Secret…Coke?
Carmen has said that she is a coke freak! Yes, coca-cola that is. She says she drinks about 7 cans a day! The caffeine suppresses her appetite so she finds that drinking them throughout the day causes her to eat less. I guess this proves true that caffeine does curb appetite, plus the carbs from all the sugar keeps her going.

Legs twice a week (reverse lunges, good mornings, toe touches, and leg press pushing back at a 30-degree angle).
Upper body work twice a week (push-ups, pull-downs, chest flyes, biceps and triceps supersets and shoulder lateral raises).
3 days of ab training
5-6 days of cardiovascular exercise (including kickboxing, basketball, tennis, baseball, jumping rope, and running)

Jessica Simpson used to be on the Atkins diet like lots of other celebrities.
“Atkins really messed me up mentally. I was so starved for carbs, I binged on them.” She now eats her favorite foods which are bread, cookie dough ice cream and Italian meals, buts Jessica eats them in moderation, along with lots of salad.
