Elizabeth Hurley reports to a British magazine that she has a small snack in the early afternoon and then just stops eating after 4pm to help her body metabolise the extra carbs she has been eating. I’m sure after a couple weeks your body would get used to the starvation….I’m getting hungry for her by just writing this!

In case you were wondering how Courtney Love got so skinny, her diet secret was recently revealed. She lost more than 40 pounds in three months by putting a lock on her fridge. The 44-year-old star bolted her fridge and gave the key to her housekeeper in a bid to help her stick to the strict diet. Courtney’s tough dieting regime includes two meal-replacement milkshakes a day for breakfast and lunch followed by steamed fish and vegetables for dinner. The diet has helped the actress-and-singer to lose 51lbs since Christmas and Courtney now weights 137lbs. “I drink shakes and exercise my [butt] off. Isopure, no carbs – two shakes and one meal: fish. Fish and broccoli really does work!” she says.
Courtney also says she has tried the macrobiotic diet that so many celebrities are on, but it made her fat.
